28LAB. Transitional for tariffs for damages for non-economic loss

Despite section 28L(1), section 28HA does not apply to an award of damages in
proceedings commenced in a court before the commencement of section 9 of the
Wrongs and Other Acts (Law of Negligence) Act 2003.
