Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction

28J. Supreme Court-limitation of jurisdiction



(1) It is the intention of section 28D to alter or vary section 85 of the
Constitution Act 1975.





(2) It is the intention of section 28D (as affected by the amendments made to
this Part by the Wrongs and Limitation of Actions Acts (Insurance Reform) Act
2003) to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975.

(3) It is the intention of section 28D (as affected by the amendments made to
this Part by section 10 of the Wrongs and Other Acts (Law of Negligence) Act
2003) to alter or vary section 85 of the Constitution Act 1975.
