Application to the Crown

24AC. Application to the Crown

Where the Crown is subject to any liability by virtue of the
Crown Proceedings Act 1958, this Part shall bind the Crown in respect of the
liability to which it is so subject in the same manner and to the same extent
as if the Crown were a subject.
