14E. Transitional

The amendment of section 14B by section 3 of the Wrongs and Other Acts (Public
Liability Insurance Reform) Act 2002 applies to claims brought under this Part
in which the statement of claim or complaint is issued on or after the
commencement of section 3 of that Act. __________________
