VICTORIA POLICE ACT 2013 - SECT 217
Staffing(1) Any employees that are necessary for the purposes of the functions of the PRS Board under this Act or any other Act may be employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 .
(2) The PRS Board may enter into agreements or arrangements for the use of the services of any staff of a government department, statutory authority or other public body.
