VICTORIA POLICE ACT 2013 - SECT 206

The Registration Division of the PRS Board consists of—

        (a)     the President of the PRS Board; and

        (b)     the Deputy President appointed under section 205(1)(b)(i); and

        (c)     the members appointed under section 205(1)(c); and

        (d)     the members appointed under section 205(1)(d); and

        (e)     a member of the PRS Board who has experience as a member of the professional or academic staff of a tertiary institution; and

        (f)     a member of the PRS Board who is a legal practitioner of at least 5 years standing.
