32. Transitional provisions-Valuation of Land (Amendment) Act 2006



(1) Division 4 as substituted by section 16 of the Valuation of Land
(Amendment) Act 2006 applies to an objection lodged on or after 1 July 2006.

(2) Division 4 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 16
of the Valuation of Land (Amendment) Act 2006 continues to apply to an
objection lodged before 1 July 2006.
