Recovery of rate or tax pending objection, review or appeal

29. Recovery of rate or tax pending objection, review or appeal

An objection, review or appeal under this Part to the assessment of the value
of any land does not prevent the recovery of any rate or tax based on that
valuation pending the determination of the objection, review or appeal.
