Powers on review or appeal

25. Powers on review or appeal



(1) On a review or appeal, VCAT or the Court (as the case requires) may-

   (a)  by order, confirm, increase, reduce or otherwise amend any valuation;
        and

   (b)  make any other order it thinks fit.

(2) An appeal to the Court of Appeal from an order of the Court under this
section lies only on a question of law.

Note Section 148 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998
provides for appeals on a question of law from orders of VCAT.
