Time for lodging objection

18. Time for lodging objection

An objection must be lodged-

   (a)  within 2 months after the notice of valuation is given under section
        15(1)(a); or





   (b)  in the case of a person referred to in section 16(5)-within 2 months
        after receiving the notice of assessment of the rate or tax; or

   (c)  in the case of a person referred to in section 16(6A)-within 2 months
        after receiving the notice of assessment of land tax.
