Fraud

66. Fraud

A person must not-

   (a)  obtain or attempt to obtain fraudulently any assistance under this
        Act, whether for himself or herself or any other person, and whether
        or not in collusion with any other person; or

   (b)  knowingly assist any other person to obtain fraudulently any
        assistance under this Act.

Penalty: 120 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months or both.
