Procedural directions

44. Procedural directions



(1) The Tribunal may give directions as to the procedure to be followed at, or
in connection with, the hearing of a matter.

(2) The Tribunal may at any time vary or revoke a direction given under this
section.

(3) A direction under this section may be given, varied or revoked on the
application of a party or on the Tribunal's own initiative.

(4) A direction under this section must not be inconsistent with any provision
made by this Act or the rules or with any guidelines issued under section
45(1) or any practice directions.
