Information to be given by related victim applicants

27A. Information to be given by related victim applicants



(1) An applicant who is a related victim must set out in the application
details of-

   (a)  every other person whom the applicant believes may be a related victim
        of the act of violence; and

   (b)  every other person whom the applicant believes may allege that he or
        she is a related victim of the act of violence; and

   (c)  any person whom the applicant believes may apply in accordance with
        Division 4 of Part 2.

(2) It is sufficient compliance with subsection (1) if, in circumstances in
which the applicant knows of the existence of a person or class of persons of
whom he or she would be required to give details under that subsection but
does not know their name or address, the applicant sets out in the application
all matters within his or her knowledge that may enable the Tribunal to
ascertain their name and address.
