Composition of Tribunal

21. Composition of Tribunal



(1) The Tribunal is to be constituted by a single member for the purpose of
the exercise of its functions, powers and duties with respect to any matter.

(2) The Tribunal may operate concurrently in more than one division.

(3) The Chief Magistrate is responsible for the arrangement of the business of
the Tribunal and may give directions for the arrangement of that business and
the constitution of the Tribunal for the purpose of any particular business.
