Establishment

19. Establishment



(1) The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal is established.

(2) The Tribunal consists of the Chief Magistrate and all other persons who
hold the office of magistrate under section 7 of the
Magistrates' Court Act 1989 or acting magistrate under section 9 of that Act.
