Appointment of consultants

16. Appointment of consultants



(1) The chairperson may engage persons with suitable qualifications and
experience as consultants to the Commission either in an honorary capacity or
for remuneration.

(2) The remuneration of consultants shall be determined by the chairperson
having regard to the Commission's budget.
