15. Staff



(1) A chief executive officer of the Commission must be employed under Part 3
of the Public Administration Act 2004.





(2) As many other employees as are necessary to enable the Commission to
perform its functions may be employed under Part 3 of the
Public Administration Act 2004.





(3) The staff structure of the Commission shall be determined by the
chairperson having regard to the Commission's budget.
