Chairperson may allocate references or constitute Divisions

13. Chairperson may allocate references or constitute Divisions



(1) The chairperson may-

   (a)  allocate a reference to a particular member; or

   (b)  constitute a Division of the Commission consisting of not less than 3
        members for the purposes of a reference.

(2) The chairperson may appoint himself or herself as a member of a Division.

(3) The chairperson may at any time-

   (a)  re-allocate a reference to another member; or

   (b)  dissolve a Division.
