Notice of hearings

99. Notice of hearings



(1) The principal registrar must give notice, in accordance with the rules, of
the time and place for the hearing of a proceeding to-

   (a)  each party to the proceeding; and

   (b)  each other person entitled to notice of the proceeding or hearing
        under this Act, the enabling enactment or the rules; and

   (c)  any other person that the Tribunal directs be given notice of the
        hearing.

(2) If a person, including a party, to whom notice has been given in
accordance with the rules fails to attend, the hearing may be held in the
absence of that person.
