Special referees

95. Special referees



(1) The Tribunal may refer any question arising in a proceeding to a special
referee for the special referee-

   (a)  to decide the question; or

   (b)  to give his or her opinion with respect to it.

(2) The parties are responsible for any costs of a special referee, and are to
pay those costs in the proportions determined by the Tribunal.
