Tribunal or mediator may require personal attendance at mediation

89. Tribunal or mediator may require personal attendance at mediation

The member or principal registrar who refers a proceeding for mediation or the
mediator may require a party to attend the mediation, either personally or by
a representative who has authority to settle the proceeding on behalf of the
party.
