Establishment of Tribunal

8. Establishment of Tribunal



(1) The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal is established.

(2) The Tribunal must have an official seal, which is to be kept in such
custody as the Tribunal directs and is only to be used as authorised by the
Tribunal.
