Referral fee

70. Referral fee



(1) If a matter is referred to the Tribunal, the applicant must pay the
prescribed fee (if any) for the referral.

(2) The Tribunal may refuse to continue with a proceeding on a referral if a
fee payable for the referral has not been paid.
