How to make an application to the Tribunal
67. How to make an application to the Tribunal
(1) An application to the Tribunal-
(a) must be in the form, and contain the particulars, required by the
rules; and
(b) must be accompanied by any documents or further information required
by the rules; and
(c) must be lodged in the manner specified in the rules.
(2) The rules may require an application to be verified by statutory
declaration or in any other manner.
(3) Two or more persons entitled to make an application to the Tribunal may
make a joint application.
(4) The principal registrar must give reasonable assistance on request to a
person in formulating an application.
