How is review jurisdiction invoked?

48. How is review jurisdiction invoked?

The review jurisdiction of the Tribunal is invoked-

   (a)  by a person who is entitled to do so by or under an enabling enactment
        applying to the Tribunal in accordance with section 67 for review of a
        decision under that enactment; or

   (b)  by a decision-maker referring a decision to the Tribunal under an
        enabling enactment in accordance with section 69 for review of the
        decision; or

   (c)  in any other way permitted or provided for by the enabling enactment.
