What is review jurisdiction?

42. What is review jurisdiction?



(1) Review jurisdiction is jurisdiction conferred on the Tribunal by or under
an enabling enactment to review a decision made by a decision-maker.

(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the Tribunal's jurisdiction under Part 6 of
the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 is original jurisdiction, not
review jurisdiction.
