Prohibition on secondary disclosures

35. Prohibition on secondary disclosures



(1) A person to whom information referred to in section 34(2) is disclosed,
and any employee of that person, is subject to the same obligations and
liabilities with respect to the recording or disclosure of the information as
they would be if they were a person referred to in section 34(1) who had
acquired the information in the performance of functions under this Act or an
enabling enactment.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a member of the police force to whom
information is disclosed under section 34(4).
