Delegation by President and Vice Presidents

33. Delegation by President and Vice Presidents



(1) The President may delegate to any member or class of members or to the
principal registrar any function of the President under this Act, the rules or
an enabling enactment, other than this power of delegation.

(2) A Vice President may delegate to any member or class of members or to the
principal registrar any function of the Vice President under this Act, the
rules or an enabling enactment, other than this power of delegation.

(3) A delegation under this section must be in writing.
