Administrative functions of President and Vice Presidents

30. Administrative functions of President and Vice Presidents



(1) Subject to this Act and the rules, the President and the Vice Presidents
are to direct the business of the Tribunal.

(2) The President and the Vice Presidents are responsible for the management
of the administrative affairs of the Tribunal.

(3) The President and the Vice Presidents may determine the places and times
for sittings of the Tribunal.

(4) In carrying out functions under this section, a Vice President is subject
to the direction of the President.
