Member or former member may not represent a party

25A. Member or former member may not represent a party

If the rules provide for proceedings to be entered in or transferred to lists
of the Tribunal and for members to be assigned to those lists-

   (a)  a member must not represent a party in any proceeding that has been
        entered in or transferred to a list to which the member has been
        assigned;

   (b)  for a period of 2 years after a member ceases to be a member, he or
        she must not represent a party in any proceeding that has been entered
        in or transferred to a list to which the former member was assigned,
        except with the approval of the President.
