Validity of proceedings

25. Validity of proceedings

A decision of the Tribunal is not invalid only because-

   (a)  of a vacancy in the office of a member; or

   (b)  of a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment
        of a member or acting member; or

   (c)  in the case of a person appointed to act as President, a Vice
        President or a Deputy President, the occasion for so acting had not
        arisen or had ceased; or

   (d)  a member or former member represents a party in a proceeding in
        contravention of section 25A.
