Suspension of non-judicial member

22. Suspension of non-judicial member



(1) The President, with the approval of the Minister, may suspend a
non-judicial member from office, if the President believes that there may be
grounds for removal of the member from office.

(2) A member who is suspended under this section remains entitled to his or
her remuneration and allowances as member during the period of suspension.
