Prohibition on outside employment

18. Prohibition on outside employment

A non-judicial member who is appointed on a full-time basis must not, without
the consent of the President and in accordance with any conditions attached to
that consent, engage in the practice of any profession or in any paid
employment (whether within or outside Victoria) outside the duties of his or
her office.
