Remuneration and allowances

17. Remuneration and allowances



(1) A member is entitled to receive the remuneration and allowances that are
fixed from time to time by the Governor in Council.

(2) The Governor in Council may fix different remuneration and allowances for
different classes of members.

(3) For the purposes of subsection (2), the Governor in Council may determine
the classes of members in any manner the Governor in Council thinks fit.

(4) This section does not apply to a judicial member.
