VICTORIAN CIVIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ACT 1998 - SECT 158
Practice notes(1) The Rules Committee may issue practice notes relating to the practice and procedure of the Tribunal.
(2) The Rules Committee must give a copy of each
practice note to the Minister as soon as practicable after the note is issued.
