Deputy Presidents

12. Deputy Presidents



(1) As many Deputy Presidents as are required for the proper functioning of
the Tribunal shall be appointed.

(2) A person is not eligible for appointment as a Deputy President unless he
or she is a person who has been admitted to legal practice in Victoria for not
less than 5 years.

(3) A Deputy President holds office-

   (a)  subject to this Act, for a term of 5 years; and

   (b)  on a full-time basis.
