Duty to prepare risk management plan

29. Duty to prepare risk management plan



(1) The operator of a declared essential service must prepare a risk
management plan for that essential service in accordance with this Part.

(2) The plan must be prepared within the time determined by the relevant
Minister and notified to the operator and must comply with any prescribed
standard.

(3) The plan may form part of any other risk management plan prepared by the
operator for the essential service.
