TERRORISM (COMMUNITY PROTECTION) ACT 2003 - SECT 22CU
Supported person must comply with support and engagement order made by Magistrates' CourtA supported person who is subject to a support and engagement order that was made by the Magistrates' Court, and to whom that order has been given, must not contravene that order without a reasonable excuse.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
