8. Documents to be given by State Minister to Commonwealth Minister

The Minister must give to the Minister administering the Commonwealth Act, as
soon as practicable after-

   (a)  a copy of a warrant issued to the Police Force; or

   (b)  a copy of an instrument revoking such a warrant; or

   (c)  a report of a kind referred to in section 7(1)(b) or (c)-

is given to the Minister, a copy of the warrant, instrument or report, as the
case may be.
