Telecommunications (Interception) (State Provisions) Act 1988 - SECT 24

Regulations

24. Regulations



(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any
matter or thing required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or
necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Act.

(2) The regulations may impose a penalty not exceeding 5 penalty units for a
contravention of the regulations.

on 24 May 1988 and came into operation on 27 October 1988: Government Gazette
