Delegation by Special Investigations Monitor

20C. Delegation by Special Investigations Monitor

The Special Investigations Monitor may delegate to another inspecting officer
any of the Special Investigations Monitor's functions under this Act, other
than-

   (a)  this power of delegation; and

   (b)  a power to report to the Minister.
