Dealing with information for the purposes of inspection and report

20A. Dealing with information for the purposes of inspection and report

If-

   (a)  information is given or communicated to an inspecting officer, as
        permitted by section 20(2) or this section, for the purposes of an
        inspection, or of a report on an inspection, under this Part; or

   (b)  an inspecting officer obtains information as a result of being given
        access to records, as permitted by section 20(2), for the purposes of
        an inspection under this Part-

the inspecting officer may, despite any other law, communicate to another
inspecting officer, make use of, or make a record of, the information for the
purposes of an inspection, or of a report on an inspection, under this Part.
