Definitions

17. Definitions

In this Division- relevant agency means-

   (a)  the Police Force, in relation to an inspection of the records of the
        Police Force;

   (b)  the Office of Police Integrity, in relation to an inspection of the
        records of the Office of Police Integrity; relevant agency head means-

   (a)  the Chief Commissioner of Police, in relation to an inspection of the
        records of the Police Force;

   (b)  the Director, in relation to an inspection of the records of the
        Office of Police Integrity; relevant person means-

   (a)  an officer of the Police Force, in relation to an inspection of the
        records of the Police Force;

   (b)  a member of staff of the Office of Police Integrity, in relation to an
        inspection of the records of the Office of Police Integrity.
