TRADITIONAL OWNER SETTLEMENT ACT 2010 - SECT 76
Right to search the register(1) Any person may, on application to the registrar, search the land use activity agreements register and inspect any information on the register.
(2) An application under subsection (1) must be in the form approved by the registrar.
