Land granted by Crown to be subject to this Act

8. Land granted by Crown to be subject to this Act



(1) All unalienated lands of the Crown shall, when alienated in fee or by way
of perpetual lease or for years, be under the operation of this Act.

(2) The Crown grant of that land must be delivered to the Registrar.
