7. Annual report to include details of changes to form of Register



If the Registrar advises the Minister responsible for the department of which
the Office of Titles forms part that a major change has been made in the way
in which the Register is kept, the Minister must include details of the change
in the report of operations prepared in relation to that department under Part
7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 relating to the period in which the
change was made.
