Notification of registration

44F. Notification of registration

If the Registrar registers an electronic instrument under this Act, the
Registrar must cause a notification of that registration to be given to-

   (a)  the registered proprietor of the land or that person's agent (if any);
        or

   (b)  the person nominated under section 44A(1)(f) as the responsible party
        in respect of the electronic instrument or a person nominated by that
        responsible party.
