Dealings may be registered together

34A. Dealings may be registered together



(1) If two or more instruments affecting the same land are lodged and are
awaiting registration, the Registrar may, despite anything to the contrary in
this Act, register the instruments by making one or more recordings in one or
more parts of the Register as the Registrar considers appropriate instead of
recording each instrument separately in the Register.

(2) Instruments registered under subsection (1) are deemed to have been duly
registered, despite any requirement in this Act that the instrument be
executed by the registered proprietor.
