29. Registration of grants and certificates

(2) The registration of a Crown grant shall be deemed to be an enrolment of
record of the grant dating back to the date of the grant.





(3) On the surrender to or acquisition by the Crown of the fee simple or other
the whole registered estate in any land the Registrar may make any necessary
recordings in the Register.
