Requirement to Registrar to bring land under this Act

26W. Requirement to Registrar to bring land under this Act

If under any Act, whether enacted before or after the Transfer of Land (Single
Register) Act 1998, the Registrar is required to make any amendments or
recordings in the Register in respect of land and the land is not under the
operation of this Act and is not unalienated Crown land, that requirement is
to be read and construed as including a requirement to bring the land under
the operation of this Act. _______________
